Swastik Diamond Developers seeks an ERP administrator to manage and optimize our Strategic ERP system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and data integrity across Sales, CRM, Accounts, Purchase, Inventory, Projects and HR.

You will coordinate with departments to gather requirements, support ERP implementation and training, and generate MIS reports and dashboards to support management decisions.

Competenze

• Experience with Strategic ERP systems.
• Familiarity with ERP modules: Sales, CRM, Accounts, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, and HR.
• Experience ensuring accurate data entry and data integrity in ERP systems.
• ERP implementation, configuration, testing and process improvements.
• Training employees on ERP processes and providing ongoing user support.
