Job summary

Poonam Agrawal in Delhi is seeking an ERP Support/Operations professional with 4+ years of ERP experience, strong SQL skills, and an IT background. You will handle ERP-related troubleshooting and user support while ensuring data accuracy and reporting across manufacturing modules.

The role requires coordination with IT, Production, Purchase, Stores and other departments to optimize ERP processes. SAP/Oracle exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• ERP experience in Support/Operations/Implementation
• SQL knowledge and ability to write and troubleshoot queries
• Experience in database handling, data validation, reports & data analysis
• Strong ERP troubleshooting skills
• ERP user support and issue resolution
• Understanding of Manufacturing ERP modules – Production, Inventory, Purchase, Stores & Sales
