Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Pre sales demonstration of Eazy ERP
• Doing a Software Requirement Study (SRS), for the clients
• Closely handling all the User trainings for the product
• Conducting a User Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Responsible for Go live process for the client
• Handling all the client queries and providing necessary support
• Monitoring and coordinating for payment recoveryHandling of multiple clients/ accounts
• Gathering any fictional/ Technical requirements from the client and communicating internally
