Job summary

Good co India is seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect to design end-to-end ERP architectures and lead projects across SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, define integration strategies, and guide teams through complex migrations and upgrades.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–10 years in ERP consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise apps.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, or Dynamics 365.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ERP solution architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise IT strategy.
• Lead ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and digital transformation projects across SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Define functional and technical solution architecture, integration strategies, and system design.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and project managers to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Design integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and cloud integration platforms.
• Ensure ERP solutions comply with security, governance, performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Provide architectural guidance for data migration, master data management, reporting, and business process optimization.
• Review solution designs, technical specifications, custom developments, and integration approaches.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, proposal preparation, and technical presentations where required.
• Drive best practices for ERP architecture, cloud adoption, DevOps, documentation, and enterprise application governance.
• Mentor functional and technical consultants throughout project delivery and support phases.
• Manage risks, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Stay updated with emerging ERP technologies, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture frameworks, and industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in ERP consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
• Proven expertise in ERP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and enterprise integration projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Human Resources.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Knowledge of integration technologies including REST APIs, SOAP, SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and solution design methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional and global teams.
• TOGAF, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, PMP, or cloud architecture certifications are highly preferred.
