Job summary

Kalyan Jewellers, Thrissur, invites an ERP Business Analyst to coordinate ERPNext implementation and ongoing support between business users and vendors. The role focuses on business analysis, documentation, governance, and effective project coordination.

The successful candidate will gather requirements, prepare BRDs/FRDs, lead configuration discussions, oversee UAT, track milestones, and support Go-Live activities. No software development is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating ERPNext implementation and related support.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills for BRDs/FRDs/SOPs.
• Good grasp of retail business processes and governance.
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERPNext implementation and rollout activities.
• Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, user stories, and process documents.
• Conduct discussions with business users, IT teams and implementation partners.
• Coordinate configuration discussions, functional validations, UAT, and business sign-off
• Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables , pending issues.
• Support Go-Live planning and post-Go-Live stabilization.
• Maintain implementation trackers and status reports to management.

ERP Business Analyst

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/B.Sc. CS/IT or equivalent technical qualification.

Job Overview

The ERP Business Analyst will coordinate ERPNext implementation and support activities between

stakeholders and vendors. The role focuses on business analysis, project coordination, functional

documentation, implementation governance, and vendor management.

This role does not involve software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERPNext implementation and rollout activities.
• Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, user stories, and process documents.
• Conduct discussions with business users, IT teams and implementation partners.
• Coordinate configuration discussions, functional validations, UAT, and business sign-off
• Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables , pending issues.
