Job summary

Gif Technologies is seeking an Application Support Executive to provide end-user support for ERP modules and ensure timely resolution of issues and requests. You will manage tickets, update statuses, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex technical queries.

You will conduct user training sessions for new features and enhancements, while maintaining clear communication on resolution timelines and expected outcomes, delivering solid customer service and process improvement.
