Job summary

EY is seeking an ERP Support professional to provide first-level, on-site ERP assistance at the client location. The role covers day-to-day user queries, incident handling, and end-user training on ERP processes, with emphasis on timely resolutions and thorough documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ERP support experience, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and strong communication to coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years ERP support experience.
• Must have worked on at least one ERP support engagement for a minimum period of 1 year.
• Hands-on experience in ERP application support, troubleshooting, incident management, and end-user support.
• Experience in providing on-site/client-location support preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Troubleshoot functional and operational issues and provide timely resolutions.


• Coordinate with technical, functional, and backend teams for issue escalation and closure.


• Track ERP incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues through closure.


• Support users in ERP processes, transactions, reports, and system functionality.


• Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities.


• Ensure timely resolution of issues as per defined SLA/support requirements.


• Assist users with ERP-related operational activities and provide guidance whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech and preferred MCA / Masters degree or equivalent professional qualification.


• Experience: Minimum 3 years of ERP Support experience.


• Must have worked on at least one ERP support services engagement/project for a minimum period of 1 year.


• Hands-on experience in ERP application support, troubleshooting, incident management, and end-user support.


• Experience in providing on-site/client-location support will be preferred.


• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and user-management skills.
