Job summary

Sharekhan Limited in Ludhiana invites an experienced Client Acquisition Executive to drive new client onboarding and activation of trading accounts. You will generate revenue from broking across equities, futures & options, commodities, and related products, while ensuring compliant orders and daily client engagement.

You will profile clients by risk, provide market updates, suggest suitable equity solutions, execute trades online or on behalf of clients, and strive to meet branch targets

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients, open/activate trading accounts, and generate revenue from acquisitions.
• Meet broking revenue targets across equities, futures & options, commodities, and equity-related products; generate NII via MTF.
• Drive asset gathering and promote advisory products (Investiger, IPOs, ETFs, mutual funds) to clients.
• Profile client risk, provide market updates and advice, suggest equity products, execute trades, and ensure daily client meetings.
• Deliver high service levels, maintain relationships, assist new investors, and contribute to branch targets.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Activation: Actively acquire new clients, open and activate trading accounts, and generate revenue from new acquisitions on an ongoing basis.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve assigned targets for broking revenue from equities, futures & options, commodities, and equity-related products; generate Net Interest Income through Margin Trade Funding (MTF).
• Asset Gathering & Product Promotion: Drive asset gathering and activation of advisory products, Investiger, IPOs, ETFs, mutual funds, and other investment solutions among clients.
• Client Engagement & Advisory: Profile clients based on risk appetite, provide market updates and advice, suggest suitable equity products, execute trades online/on behalf of clients, confirm orders/trades, and ensure at least one client meeting per day.
• Service & Relationship Management: Deliver highest level of service, maintain strong client relationships, assist new investors in understanding market dynamics, and contribute to branch targets in client acquisition, revenue, and relationship enhancement.
