Job summary

Sharekhan Limited seeks a results-driven professional in Kerala to drive client acquisition and activation of trading accounts, generating revenue from new clients across equities, futures & options, commodities, and related products.

You will promote advisory products and investment solutions, profile clients by risk, provide market updates, execute trades, confirm orders, and maintain strong client relationships to help meet branch targets.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Activation: Acquire new clients, open and activate trading accounts, generate revenue from new acquisitions.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve targets for broking revenue from equities, futures & options, commodities, and related products; generate Net Interest Income through MTI.
• Asset Gathering & Product Promotion: Drive asset gathering and activation of advisory products, Investiger, IPOs, ETFs, mutual funds, and other investment solutions.
• Client Engagement & Advisory: Profile clients based on risk appetite, provide market updates and advice, suggest suitable equity products, execute trades online/on behalf of clients, confirm orders/trades, and meet with at least one client daily.
• Service & Relationship Management: Deliver high-quality service, maintain strong client relationships, help new investors understand market dynamics, and contribute to branch targets in client acquisition, revenue, and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Activation: Actively acquire new clients, open and activate trading accounts, and generate revenue from new acquisitions on an ongoing basis.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve assigned targets for broking revenue from equities, futures & options, commodities, and equity-related products; generate Net Interest Income through Margin Trade Funding (MTF).
• Asset Gathering & Product Promotion: Drive asset gathering and activation of advisory products, Investiger, IPOs, ETFs, mutual funds, and other investment solutions among clients.
• Client Engagement & Advisory: Profile clients based on risk appetite, provide market updates and advice, suggest suitable equity products, execute trades online/on behalf of clients, confirm orders/trades, and ensure at least one client meeting per day.
• Service & Relationship Management: Deliver highest level of service, maintain strong client relationships, assist new investors in understanding market dynamics, and contribute to branch targets in client acquisition, revenue, and relationship enhancement.
