Job summary

Sharekhan Limited in India is seeking a field-based client acquisition professional to open and activate trading accounts, generate revenue from new acquisitions, and drive revenue growth across equities, futures & options, commodities, and related products.

The role focuses on asset gathering, promotion of advisory products, IPOs, ETFs, mutual funds, and other investment solutions, while profiling clients by risk, providing market updates, executing trades upon client instruction, and

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Activation: Actively acquire new clients, open and activate trading accounts, and generate revenue from new acquisitions on an ongoing basis.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve assigned targets for broking revenue from equities, futures & options, commodities, and equity-related products; generate Net Interest Income through Margin Trade Funding (MTF).
• Asset Gathering & Product Promotion: Drive asset gathering and activation of advisory products, Investiger, IPOs, ETFs, mutual funds, and other investment solutions among clients.
• Client Engagement & Advisory: Profile clients based on risk appetite, provide market updates and advice, suggest suitable equity products, execute trades online/on behalf of clients, confirm orders/trades, and ensure at least one client meeting per day.
• Service & Relationship Management: Deliver highest level of service, maintain strong client relationships, assist new investors in understanding market dynamics, and contribute to branch targets in client acquisition, revenue, and relationship enhancement.
