RLG Systems India Private Limited is seeking an experienced professional to manage producer accounts and drive end-to-end EPR compliance for domestic and global clients. You will coordinate with regulators, recyclers, and internal teams to ensure CPCB-aligned reporting, timely filings, and high client satisfaction across multiple waste streams.

The ideal candidate has 5-6 years in environmental compliance or account management, with strong communication skills and a proven track record

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage producer accounts and drive end-to-end EPR compliance for domestic and global clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure timely EPR compliance across different waste categories, including E-Waste, Plastic Waste, Battery Waste, Tyre Waste, and other applicable waste streams.
• Oversee EPR return filing, regulatory reporting, and compliance deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams, recyclers, and regulatory authorities
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Preferred Profile

• 5 - 6 Yrs Experience in EPR compliance, environmental consulting, sustainability, or client/account management.
• Strong understanding of CPCB regulations and EPR frameworks
• Experience in managing global/international clients is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
