Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking an EPR – E-Waste & Battery Operations Manager in Noida. The role entails owning end-to-end EPR/IPR execution, CPCB portal compliance, and collection network management for e-waste and lithium-ion batteries.

The candidate should have 5–8 years of relevant experience, knowledge of CPCB EPR/IPR processes, and the ability to coordinate with import channels and regulatory stakeholders to ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Supply Chain or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own CPCB portal registration, target mapping, and return filing for e-waste and battery EPR obligations.
• Coordinate IPR compliance for producers/brand owners through import channels and liaise with customs/import compliance stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor e-waste and battery collection operations to meet EPR/IPR targets committed to clients and CPCB.
• Manage EPR certificate generation, allocation to clients, and reconciliation against processed tonnage.
• Onboard and audit collection agents, aggregators, and pre-processing vendors for compliance and SLA adherence.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for CPCB and client audits (load lists, weighbridge slips, chain-of-custody, IPR/import records).
• Provide MIS/dashboards on collection status, EPR/IPR liability fulfilment, and portal data to BD, KAM, and management.
• Escalate regulatory risk, vendor non-compliance, or target shortfalls to BD leadership in a timely manner.

Job Purpose

Own end-to-end operational execution of Attero's EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and IPR obligations for e-waste and lithium-ion battery categories — covering CPCB portal compliance, IPR coordination for imported-product obligations, collection network management, EPR certificate reconciliation, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CPCB portal registration, target mapping, and return filing for e-waste and battery EPR obligations.
• Coordinate IPR compliance for producers/brand owners routing obligations through import channels — including import documentation alignment, IPR target tracking, and liaison with customs/import-compliance stakeholders where applicable.
