Job summary

Quest Global in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an experienced procurement and cost-management leader to oversee offshore team operations, ensure quality, and align with German client interfaces.

You will onboard and train personnel, build KPI dashboards, and drive continuous process improvements while coordinating with German and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, contract administration, QS/cost management, or comparable back-office structures.
• Experience in international teams, offshore/nearshore models, and process set-up.
• Confident communication in English; German skills very helpful.
• Leadership, coaching, and quality assurance competence.
• Strong process, reporting, and stakeholder understanding.
