Job summary

A leading engineering services provider in Bengaluru is looking for a seasoned project manager with over 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. Responsibilities include developing project plans, providing technical support, and managing resources effectively. The ideal candidate must possess a thorough understanding of equipment part lists and inventory optimization. Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in managing projects in the oil & gas industry.
  • Thorough understanding of EPL/RSPL for commissioning start-up & life cycle operating spares.
  • Able to review P&ID, SLDs & Flow diagrams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor project plans in line with customer & company requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the execution team.
  • Monitor & control ongoing projects and report to stakeholders periodically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor the Project plans in line with the Customer & Company requirements
  • Provide technical support and guidance to execution team on Asset Management and Material/Spare Management
  • Monitor & Control ongoing projects and report out to stakeholders periodically – Weekly, monthly as required. Deliver the task on time with Quality and Manage member team (KPIs)
  • Hire competent resources on time and deploy them to projects
  • Co‑ordinate with multiple departments/stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop team training plan to team based on varying project requirements
  • People and resource management; shift allocations, yearly performance review

Work Experience
  • Minimum 15+ years of Experience in Managing projects in oil & gas Industry
  • Thorough understanding of EPL/RSPL (Equipment part list / Recommended spare parts list) for Commissioning Start‑up & Life Cycle Operating spares.
  • Able to review P&ID, SLDs & Flow diagrams.
  • Experience in developing of Bill of material by referring Vendor/Manufacturer records, Cross sectional drawings, Data sheets etc.,
  • Good Knowledge of Cataloguing and Procurement Cycles
  • Good Knowledge of Inventory OptimizationKnowledge in CMMS build
