Job summary

NGL Fine Chem in Tarapur, Maharashtra, India seeks an experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of the Effluent Treatment Plant, including MEE, RO and ATFD systems. You will monitor key effluent parameters and ensure compliance with environmental rules and workplace safety standards.

Candidate should have hands-on experience in ETP management and testing of effluent parameters, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and hazardous waste handling.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations, including specialized process units: MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator), RO (Reverse Osmosis), and ATFD (Agitated Thin Film Dryer).
• Regularly monitor wastewater/effluent parameters, ensuring key level including COD, BOD, pH, TSS, and TDS remain within permitted limits.
• Ensure complete statutory and regulatory compliance for the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
