Job summary

Intelli Search Services is looking for an Officer Environment to oversee the operations of Effluent Treatment, Water Treatment, and Sewage Treatment Plants. The candidate will manage shift operations, work with utility contractors, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

The role requires a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience along with a degree in Environmental Science, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering. Responsibilities include monitoring water quality, training staff, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Sound knowledge of multi-effect evaporator operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to supervise utility contractor manpower.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Effluent Treatment Plant and Water Treatment Plant.
• Supervise the effectiveness of preventive maintenance.
• Handle ETP Laboratory operations.

Position Officer Environment

Plant location Shift job with 3 shifts.

Qualification and Experience

B.Tech / Diploma / M.Sc (Environment/ Biotech /Chemical)

• Exp : 5 8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sound knowledge on Multi effect evaporator (Operation & trouble shooting)
• Manage entire Effluent Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Multiple Effect Evaporator.
• Supervise Utility Contractor Manpower and helpers.
• Monitor Untreated Effluent and treated water parameters.
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance of all the plant through Utility Contractor and Plant Engineering Team.
• Handle required chemical ordering, stock & consumptions with support for Procurement team.
• Providing Environmental Data to Manager.
• Close co-ordination with production team.
• Observe all operation log sheets and depict abnormality in the plant.
• Training of operators.
• Handle ETP Laboratory.
• Boiler, DG Stack monitoring.
• Rain Harvesting Pond monitoring and maintaining.
• Ensuring cleaning of all storage tanks.
• Monitor cleanliness of the plant.
• Support Manager in carrying out the statutory compliance.
• Support Manager in Hazardous Waste Disposal, disposal of Boiler Ash and related waste as per consent conditions.
