Job summary

Rahee Infratech is seeking a safety professional with at least 1 year of experience on metro projects to support site health, safety and environment activities. The role focuses on documentation, incident reporting, audits and continuous safety improvements at the work site.

Responsibilities include running SHE manuals, risk assessments, HIRA and SOP submissions, and coordinating with contractors and clients to ensure compliance and safe operations on- site in India.

Qualifications

• Candidate with minimum 1 years experience in Metro project will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• SHE Manual Submission to client, and revision as per requirement.
• HIRA, SOP, Emergency Plan and Environment Management Plan prepare and submission to client.
• Prepare of monthly safety statics report and share to corporate HSE head.
• Environmental Testing ie- Air, Noise Water testing, and submission of Audit Compliances report.
• Site related complaint and compliances.
• Submission of Report of Accident/ Incident and Near miss report.
• Ensuring the safety culture at site by continue site monitoring, find out the hazard and solution, meeting with contractors and as per violence we apply the necessary penalty system.
• Conduct the Safety committee meeting once in a month with Contractor, Engineers and client.
• Implementation of Traffic management Plan for work at night on live road also ensure safe maneuvering of the vehicles and equipment.
• Weekly safety training provided to workers and staff as per job to eliminate the hazards.
• Day wise Tool Box Talk with workers and engineers before starting the job. Safety Induction of new workers.
• Inspecting interior and exterior work areas and analyzing safety hazard.
• Weekly Walk down with Project Manager and all head of dept. to find out the critical hazard and their minimization process.
• Prepare the HIRA and SOP as per site hazard and implementation at site to maintain safe culture at work site.
• Prepare the Check lists of Equipment and vehicles and prepare the report.
