Job summary

Flipspaces, Mumbai-based, seeks an experienced strategy leader to partner with the founders on high-priority business problems. You will drive market research, market sizing, financial models and scenario analyses to identify growth opportunities across geographies and segments.

You will develop GTM strategies, prepare data-driven memos for leadership, and support partnerships, acquisitions and investor engagements while collaborating across functions to ensure execution.

Qualifications

• 13 years of full-time professional experience.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-moving situations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• High ownership with a strong bias toward action and execution.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear recommendations and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic and business problems.
• Conduct market research, customer research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Build market sizing, business cases, financial models, unit economics and scenario analyses.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across geographies, customer segments, categories and channels.
• Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies, including positioning, pricing, sales playbooks and launches.
• Prepare concise, data-driven presentations and strategic memos for senior leadership.
• Support strategic partnerships, acquisitions and other corporate development initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and Design to drive execution.
• Track initiatives from strategy through implementation and ensure closure on key actions.
• Support founders in preparing for investor meetings, major client pitches and other strategic external engagements.
