Finance & Strategy Lead

Target audience: young CA with 0–1 years experience in Big4, transaction advisory, or startup finance, eager to transition into venture capital. The role involves shaping operations, investment strategy, and growth for our operator‑led fund supporting breakout consumer brands.

Events Manager

Lead and execute D2C Insider’s offline and online events, from intimate founder dinners to large‑format summits. Own the end‑to‑end event experience and build unforgettable touchpoints for the D2C ecosystem.

Program Manager

Design, execute, and scale flagship programs such as Elevate. Work closely with startups, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners to deliver high‑impact initiatives.

Investment Analyst

Identify, evaluate, and support early‑stage D2C startups for investment through our Elevate program. This role sits at the core of our startup discovery and investment process.

Investor Relations Manager

Manage, nurture, and grow our network of Limited Partners, angel investors, and strategic partners. Serve as the bridge between investors and D2C Insider’s dynamic startup portfolio.

Community Manager

Become the voice, heart, and driving force behind D2C Insider. Architect conversations, relationships, and initiatives that bring thousands of D2C founders and ecosystem builders closer together, turning the community into a self‑sustaining, high‑energy movement.

Business Analyst

Identify, evaluate, and support early‑stage D2C startups for investment through our Elevate program, providing analytical insights to guide investment decisions.

Marketing Manager

Lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Manage multi‑channel campaigns with strong analytical and creative skills.

Business Development Executive (Gurugram)

Full‑time on‑site role focused on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships in Gurugram. Regular communication with stakeholders aligns business development strategies with company goals.

Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

Work on high‑impact initiatives across the D2C Insider ecosystem. Lead new projects, optimize existing processes, launch growth initiatives, or support strategic partnerships, delivering entrepreneurial execution from scratch to execution.
