Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer in Maharashtra, India. You will develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM, implement Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB enhancements, and build complex workflows and integrations.

You will mentor junior developers and contribute to scalable development frameworks. The role requires 7+ years of ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript scripting, and hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM Discovery,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong scripting experience: JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules.
• Hands-on with ITSM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
