Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer to design and implement ITSM/ITOM solutions. You will build complex workflows, integrations, and CMDB enhancements, while mentoring junior developers and upholding best practices.

Responsibilities include leveraging Flow Designer, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI features to deliver scalable solutions. Strong API experience and CSA/CIS certs are preferred. This role emphasizes hands-on development and architectural contributions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development.
• Strong scripting experience: JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Preferred certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM.
