Technical Configuration Skills

• Calculated Fields – Build and configure complex calculations


• Condition Rules – Create business logic and conditional workflows


• Questionnaires – Design and configure questionnaires for use across various business processes


• Custom Objects – Create and maintain custom data structures


• Business Process Configuration – Design, build, and enhance workflows across HCM and related modules

Reporting & Analytics

• Build custom reports from scratch to meet business requirements


• Enhance and maintain existing reports as business needs evolve
  
• Strong understanding of functional areas and underlying data relationships to support accurate, effective reporting

Experience Level

Candidates should have hands‑on, proven experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple functional domains (HCM, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, and Talent), with demonstrated ability to independently design business processes, build calculated fields and custom objects, and deliver reporting solutions. Experience working in a contractor/consulting capacity supporting enterprise Workday tenants is preferred.
