Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge in C/C++, with deep understanding of core language concepts.
• Strong grasp of OOP, templates, STL, and exception handling.
• Experience with RTTI, inheritance, and multiple inheritance.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, memory management, and Unix shared memory.
• Experience with GCC, Makefiles, CMake and build tools; familiarity with memory leak tools.
• Knowledge of CORBA, IDL, and MQ messaging concepts; SQL experience is a plus.
• GPP/payments domain experience is highly preferred.

• Read and understand design documents.
• Define and write implementation specification, derive algorithms and develop code from design documents.
• Create and execute unit test plan
• Debug and solve technical issues
• Follow development plan/schedule & adhere to quality processes
• Peer code review and troubleshooting.
• Technical support to client.
• Should be able to resolve technical queries.
• Should be able to provide production support whenever needed.

Understanding memory leaks and memory violations (segmentation faults).

Good knowledge of GCC, Makefiles, CMake, and build tools.

Knowledge of memory leak detection tools preferred Valgrind

Good experience with Oracle Advanced Queuing (AQ).

Familiarity with Git or similar tools.

Ability to provide solutions to moderately complex technical problems independently.

Good knowledge and hands on experience in SQL

Experience with compilation, linking, and build processes.

Ability to work under less supervision
