Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer with hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.

You will design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including plugins, model-driven apps, and Azure integrations.

The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement scalable CRM architectures across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development experience.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales module.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, plugins, JS/TS, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Power Platform ALM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
• Configure tables, forms, views, rules, security roles, teams, dashboards, and solution components.
• Develop plugins, APIs, web resources, and Power Platform components.
• Create Model-Driven and Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Integrate with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
• Work with Dataverse Web API, FetchXML, QueryExpression, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Implement authentication with Azure AD/OAuth 2.0.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
• Strong understanding of Sales processes including Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Product, Price List, Quote, and Order Management.
• Develop C#/.NET Plugins, Custom APIs/Actions, JavaScript/TypeScript, Web Resources, and Business Process Flows.
• Configure Dynamics 365 tables, forms, views, business rules, security roles, teams, dashboards, and solution components.
• Develop Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate cloud flows using Power Platform.
• Design and develop integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, REST/Web APIs, and Custom Connectors.
• Work with Dataverse Web API, FetchXML, QueryExpression, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Implement authentication/integration using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth 2.0, and App Registrations.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization across CRM and Azure integrations.
• Support ALM, solution management, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD deployments across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Participate in technical design, development, code reviews, troubleshooting, deployments, and production support.

Mandatory Skills

• 6-8 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development experience.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Module.
• Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, Plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, Custom APIs, and Web Resources.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong integration experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 security model and solution management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and Power Platform ALM.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• PCF Control development using React/TypeScript.
• Power Pages.
• Azure API Management, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
• Experience integrating D365 CRM with Microsoft 365, or third-party applications.
• Copilot Studio / AI Builder exposure.
• Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.

Preferred Certifications

PL-400 / PL-200 / MB-210 / PL-600 or relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
