Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Primary Skill: Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) suite, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and M365 security & compliance features.
• Expert Level: Proven L3 support experience, with advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization capabilities.
• Strong experience in enterprise collaboration strategy, governance, and adoption programs.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, driving performance, mentoring, and ensuring accountability.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, identity management (Azure AD), and cloud services integration.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to handle large‑scale enterprise deployments and migrations with minimal disruption.

Experience

• 12-25 years of progressive experience in IT, with a strong focus on enterprise collaboration, Microsoft 365, and team leadership.
