Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced M365 Lead to join its Information Technology team in India. You will oversee end-to-end administration, monitoring and governance of the Microsoft 365 environment, driving improvements and ensuring high availability and security.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security and helpdesk colleagues, mentor junior administrators and steer initiatives across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Entra ID to optimize collaboration services for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Entra ID.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior IT staff.
