This role requires balancing hands-on technical expertise with strategic decision-making to guide engineering teams toward building robust, maintainable, and future-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mobile Expertise: Deep knowledge of React Native, Flutter, and Native mobile app development.
• Java & Spring Boot: Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Frontend Ecosystem: Experience with React.js, TypeScript, Webpack, Babel, and modern testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
