About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of our deep-tech platform. • Drive mobile app production releases, including backend integration, security, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, privacy, and reliability across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align product goals with technical delivery.

Required Experience

• 3-4+ years of strong hands-on experience in both Flutter and React Native (mandatory).
• 3-4+ years in Backend Development and Solution Architecture.
• Strong expertise in mobile architecture, offline-first design, APIs, cloud platforms, and system design.

Technical Skills

• Flutter, React Native, Offline-first architecture, SQLite/Drift/Isar.
