Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) is seeking a Solution Architect to bridge business requirements with technical execution. You will define the architectural vision for scalable, secure, and resilient mobile apps and backend services, and guide engineering through implementation and best practices.
This hands-on role requires leading end-to-end designs, documentation, and governance, while communicating with product managers and executives to drive architectures forward.
As a Solution Architect, you will be the bridge between complex business requirements and world-class technical execution. You will define the architectural vision for our integrated ecosystem, ensuring that our mobile applications and backend services are scalable, secure, and resilient. This is a hands-on role where you will not only design systems but also guide engineering teams through implementation, documentation, and best practices.
Education: BE/B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an architectural capacity.
Backend Mastery: Deep expertise in building scalable microservices using languages like Java/Kotlin, Node.js, Go, or Python. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
Mobile Expertise: Solid understanding of mobile ecosystems (Native iOS/Android or Cross-platform frameworks like Flutter/React Native) and their unique challenges (offline sync, battery optimization, etc.).
Cloud & Infrastructure: Solid understanding of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Database Design: Proficiency in both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis) data modeling.
Expertise in the Architectural Process: From requirement gathering to production deployment.
Proven ability to write clear, concise Design Documents and maintain ADRs to track the evolution of the system.
Fluency in modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io, Enterprise Architect) to create Class Diagrams and flowcharts.
