Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a senior technology architect in Hyderabad to design and lead complex mobile-first solutions. You will drive UI architecture with a strong emphasis on React Native, React, and Angular, while enabling full-stack capabilities across Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and AWS.

You will guide end-to-end mobile development, oversee teams, and ensure scalable, maintainable architectures that deliver superb user experiences on iOS and Android platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional work experience in technology, with at least 5 years as a technology architect.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in CS/IT; BCA or MCA also considered.
• Hands-on UI Architecture with mobile/web development focus; React Native preferred.
• Full-stack skills across React, React Native, Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, AWS; strong SQL and version control.
• Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo; CI/CD; TDD/BDD; Python adds value.
• Proven track record leading mobile apps end-to-end; iOS experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional work experience in the technology sector, including at least 5 years dedicated specifically to roles as a technology architect. This experience should demonstrate a consistent track record of designing, implementing, and leading complex technology solutions that align with business objectives
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech) with a specialization in Computer Science or Information Technology is required. Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) will also be considered. These academic qualifications ensure a strong foundational understanding of computing principles and software development practices
• Hands-on experience and a solid background in UI Architecture, with significant exposure to mobile platforms and web development frameworks, is preferred. Familiarity with React Native for creating cross-platform mobile applications is particularly valued, as it aligns with our commitment to delivering seamless user experiences across devices
• Comprehensive technical skills encompassing full stack development are essential, with a primary focus on enhancing User Experience. Proficiency in React, React Native, and Angular front-end frameworks, combined with expertise in mobile development for both iOS and Android platforms, is highly desirable. Additionally, strong backend development skills using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js, alongside cloud services such as AWS, are crucial. Experience with SQL for database management and version control tools like GitHub and Bitbucket is also expected. Familiarity with build and release management tools such as Bamboo, as well as continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, test-driven development (TDD), and behavior-driven development (BDD) methodologies, will be advantageous. Knowledge of Python adds further value to the candidate's technical repertoire
• Demonstrated strong expertise in UI Architecture and comprehensive design of mobile platforms, coupled with a proven ability to oversee end-to-end mobile engineering processes. This includes experience in conceptualizing mobile app architecture that is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user needs
• Proven track record of successfully building, deploying, and leading teams in the development of high-quality mobile applications. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in developing iOS applications, showcasing a deep understanding of the iOS ecosystem and best practices
• Hands-on proficiency with React Native for cross-platform mobile development, alongside a thorough understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks, enabling the delivery of robust and efficient applications
• Strong capabilities in software architecture design, system integration, and the creation of technology roadmaps. This includes strategic planning to align technological advancements with organizational goals and future growth plans
• Ability to critically evaluate emerging technologies and implement them effectively to enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance, ensuring the solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively and facilitate clear, concise discussions across technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills are essential to troubleshoot complex issues and devise efficient solutions in a timely manner
