Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices is seeking a seasoned leader to head People Technology Support Operations for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems in Hyderabad. You will build and mentor a high-performing L2/L3 team, own end-to-end implementation, deployment, and production support, and drive ITIL-aligned incident, change, and problem management.

Experience leading global HR tech operations, strong stakeholder and vendor management, and deep knowledge of lifecycle processes are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, or People Systems leadership.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support operations.
• Experience with HR ecosystem integrations and global support.
• Knowledge of lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Proven track record managing SLAs and KPIs in global settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Technology Support Operations for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms.

• Proven experience managing global support operations, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience establishing or supporting Global Capability Center (GCC) operations.
• Exposure to IAM, Security, Audit, Compliance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management, vendor management, and team leadership skills.
