As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem‑solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP HCM solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), Benefits, and HR Minimaster.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to optimize, streamline, and enhance existing processes and systems.
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP HCM modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and data consistency.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Lead or support testing, training, and change management initiatives.
- Stay current with SAP HCM innovations and industry best practices, recommending improvements where applicable.
