Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application strategy across multiple business functions.
• Own the roadmap, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms.
• Manage ERP, CRM, HRMS, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality Management applications.
• Partner with business leaders to translate operational requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and platform modernization.
• Oversee architecture, integration strategy, and application modernization.
• Manage application support teams and external partners.
• Drive cloud adoption and enterprise automation.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead ERP upgrades, migrations, transformation programs.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor negotiations, and technology investments.
• Establish governance for application lifecycle management.
• Improve user adoption through change management and training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in Life Sciences.
• Develop enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Mentor technology managers and architects.
