Job summary

Spencer N Hills Consulting seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, delivery, and management of global enterprise applications. The role reports to the CIO Office and focuses on transformation, modernization, and governance across HR, Finance, Sales, and other corporate systems.

The ideal candidate will drive cloud adoption, end-to-end lifecycle management, and vendor partnerships, ensuring alignment between technology investments and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise application strategy, delivery and operations in large, complex organizations.
• Proven track record delivering and transforming ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and a wide range of enterprise/SaaS apps.
• Ability to lead application modernization, cloud adoption, integration and digital transformation initiatives across global teams.
• Experience managing end-to-end lifecycle including strategy, implementation, enhancement, support, governance and vendor management.

Director Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, delivery, and management of global enterprise applications across the organization. Reporting into the CIO Office, this leader will be responsible for driving application transformation, modernization, governance, and operational excellence across key business functions including HR, Finance, Sales, and other corporate systems.

This is a strategic leadership role within the CIO Office, responsible for shaping and scaling the organization's global enterprise application landscape.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Looking for well‑rounded background across both ERP and non‑ERP application landscapes.
• Experience leading enterprise application strategy, delivery, and operations within large, complex organizations.
• Proven track record in delivering and transforming both ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and a wide range of enterprise and SaaS‑based applications.
• Ability to lead application modernization, cloud adoption, integration, and digital transformation initiatives across global teams.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end application lifecycle including strategy, implementation, enhancement, support, governance, and vendor management.
• Demonstrated success partnering with business stakeholders and executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities.
