Job summary

EXL is seeking a core technologist and delivery leader to establish and scale the Enterprise Digital Delivery function, driving technology-led transformation and enterprise application strategy across EXL’s global footprint.

You will design, deliver, and govern enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, BPM, SaaS) with cloud-native, API-led architecture and AI/ML capabilities, leading in-house teams and aligning delivery with strategy and ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in delivering large-scale enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, BPM, SaaS platforms).
• Strong grounding in enterprise/solution architecture, API-first integration, and cloud-native/hybrid models.
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML, RPA, and intelligent automation as levers for enterprise transformation.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, and data architecture.
• Ability to lead multi-phase rollouts, upgrades, integrations, and migrations in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of agile, hybrid, and traditional program management methodologies.
• Solid background in solution architecture – designing scalable, secure, and integrated enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid deployment models.
• Strong understanding of API-led integration, microservices, data flows, and middleware platforms.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, SaaS products, and automation tools for business impact.

• Governance & Performance: Implement a robust delivery governance framework, defining KPIs, SLAs, and risk controls.
• Strategic Partnerships: Engage and manage Technology & Systems Solutions & Services Providers; manage vendor ecosystems.
• Internal Interactions: Functional Heads/ VPs/ AVPs in Finance, Operations, Legal, Global Technology & Growth; SOX compliance.
