Job summary

Jobtailor in India seeks a senior IT leader to drive enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and SAP Rise adoption across manufacturing plants and corporate offices.

You will oversee cloud transformation, IT governance, cybersecurity, and analytics via SAC, SAP SuccessFactors, and TrackWise.

Ideal candidates bring 15–20 years of IT experience with at least 5 in a leadership role, and a background in regulated manufacturing sectors. Leadership in pharma/chem/life sciences is highly valued.

Qualifications

15–20 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in SAP Rise implementation and enterprise application management.
Strong experience in digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
Hands-on experience with SAC, SAP SuccessFactors, LIMS, DMS, TrackWise, and cloud platforms.
Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise-wide IT strategy and digital transformation across manufacturing and corporate offices.

Job description

Drive enterprise-wide IT strategy, digital transformation, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing plants and corporate offices.
Lead SAP Rise adoption, enterprise application integration, Industry 4.0 initiatives, cloud transformation, IT governance, and business continuity.
Manage implementation, support, enhancement, and continuous optimization of SAP Rise, ensuring high system availability and user adoption across business functions.
Lead the organization's digital transformation roadmap, identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative technologies to digitize and automate business processes.
Implement and manage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), developing executive dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant certifications in SAP, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, Networking, ITIL, PMP/Prince2, CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
15–20 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in SAP Rise implementation and enterprise application management.
Strong experience in digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and IT operations.
Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP SuccessFactors, LIMS, DMS, TrackWise, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, CSV, and enterprise infrastructure.
Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
