Genetic Callnet Consultancy Pvt Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a Supply Chain Digital Transformation leader to own the end-to-end applications landscape and partner with business leaders to drive modernization across planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and transportation.

You will lead the SC COE, ensure application stability, SLAs, and governance while guiding global rollouts and technology adoption including analytics, AI-driven planning, automation, and IoT-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Supply Chain COE or application ownership in a large IT landscape.
• Strong business partnering with supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP modules and planning/warehouse tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain applications COE and serve as the single point of contact between IT and supply chain stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to identify gaps, define solutions, and prioritize improvements across demand planning, supply planning, production planning, scheduling, warehousing, and transportation.
• Lead supply chain digital transformation initiatives, application enhancements, and global rollouts.
• Ensure application stability, performance, SLA/KPI compliance, and effective vendor/AMS governance.
• Drive process harmonization, standardization, and best-practice adoption across regions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as analytics, AI-driven planning, automation, digital twins, and IoT-enabled supply chain solutions.
• Manage integrations across ERP, planning, warehouse, logistics, and collaboration systems using APIs, middleware, and EDI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain applications COE and serve as the single point of contact between IT and supply chain stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders to identify gaps, define solutions, and prioritize improvements across demand planning, supply planning, production planning, scheduling, warehousing, and transportation.
• Lead supply chain digital transformation initiatives, application enhancements, and global rollouts.

Required Experience

• 10–15 years in IT with strong exposure to supply chain applications.
• Proven experience in supply chain COE, transformation, or application ownership roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and business partnering.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP MM, PP, SD, planning systems such as IBP/APO/Blue Yonder, and warehouse/logistics tools such as EWM, WMS, and TMS.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, vendor management, project execution, and change management.
