Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Messaging Platform Administrator to backfill and support EMEAL O365/Exchange and Proofpoint environments.

You will drive operations, governance, and modernization of the messaging stack while supporting ongoing migrations and stability. You will perform L2/L3 administration on O365, Exchange Online, MS Teams, and Active Directory, applying scripting (PowerShell) to automate tasks and improve user adoption across collaboration services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the Messaging domain.
• Hands-on in Exchange Online administration and troubleshooting.
• Identity management and EOP experience.
• Exchange Server management and troubleshooting.
• Teams management and migration experience.
• PowerShell scripting: in-depth knowledge.
• Good communication skills.

It serves as a critical backfill for Rafael, who has been a primary key resource for managing EMEAL O365/Exchange and Proofpoint and supporting ongoing operations, stability, and governance of the environment.

The role drives messagingplatform management, Operations, modernization, and migration initiatives, while also enhancing user adoption and aligning collaboration services with organizational standards and strategic objectives.

L2/L3 Admin skills on O365, Exchange Online, MS Teams, Active Directoy

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Messaging domain
2. Complete understanding and Hands on experience in:
   • Exchange online administration and troubleshooting
   • Identity management and EOP
   • Outlook and Teams troubleshooting
   • Exchange Server management and troubleshooting
   • Exchange and Teams management
   • ActiveSync
   • G. MS Teams administration, Migration and troubleshooting
3. Intermediate level experience/understanding on:
   • Active Directory ,Azure, IDM
   • O365 groups
4. PowerShell scripting: In depth Knowledge
5. Good communication skills
