Experience Requirements

• 4+ years in Exchange Migration (Hybrid, IMAP) & O365 Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, M365 Purview, Intune.
• 2+ years in AD, ADFS, AAD Connect
• 1+ year in Azure Administration (preferred).
• Expert in Exchange 2007-2019, O365, and Skype for Business migrations.
• Provide L2/L3 support for email infrastructure and incident management.
• Perform patches, upgrades, and disaster recovery tasks.
• Set up mailboxes, device enrollments, and redundant environments.
• Assist with SOP/KB creation and support knowledge management.
• Manage Office 365 environments, address client issues, and ensure service availability.
• Participate in projects, handle escalations, and interact with Microsoft vendors.
• Strong skills in Exchange, Outlook, Windows Server, Active Directory, and ADFS.
• Excellent communication skills and global client experience.
• Handle Global Clients (mandatory)
