Engineering managers are expected to work on many projects at the same time, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers

The responsibilities we entrust y ou

• Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Guide junior developers time to time and assign them task, help them by reviewing the codes
• Should have experience working in fintech industry.
• Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.
• Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.
• Secures the resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments.

• Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes

Technical skills & efficiency:

• Deep NET/C# knowledge, proficiency in related technologies like cloud services (Azure/AWS) and databases (SQL, Entity Framework), and experience with APIs and front-end development
• NET and C#: Strong, hands-on experience with the .NET framework and C# is fundamental.
• APIs: Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Databases: Experience with database technologies, including SQL and Entity framework
• Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders
