Job description

• Responsible for end-to-end ownership of products including requirement analysis, design,
• coding, deployment, dev-ops and support.
• Actively involving in technology development, code reviews and architecture and design
• discussions. Ensures the quality of architecture and design of systems.
• Managing a team of 8 to 10 product engineers towards product development. Continuously
• improving the operations, quality and agility of team.
• Partner with Product owners, architects, engineers as well as senior engineering leaders to
• develop and deliver highly scalable platform services.
• Working with Product Owners to plan sprints, with Product Designers for managing UI/UX,
• and for designing APIs.
• Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and
• activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production
• problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
• Assisting with third level support by driving the resolution of application defects and
• supporting a response to major application incidents.
• Drive automated solutions that enable better efficiency and process improvement
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, product
• architecture, and other areas.
• Assist in the career development of others, mentoring on advanced technical issues and
• helping with career growth of team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in following Microsoft Technologies
• C#, MVC and .NET Core andWeb API (2.0)
• Excellent skills in the following front end technologies
• Excellent in writing SQL queries (Oracle).
• Hands-on knowledge on AWS
• Solid knowledge of web architectural and design patterns
• 3-5 years of people management experience
• 12+ years of total Technology experience
• Development experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019+ and Visual Code
• Full Stack developer background possibly Angular
• Experience in retail, digital marketing, ecommerce
