• Knowledge of hardware-software and industrial systems integration.
• Experience in lubrication systems, industrial automation, reliability engineering, or clean tech is highly beneficial.

Role Description The Engineering Manager will lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of lubrication reliability solutions and related systems. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, includes overseeing software and systems development, coordinating integration with existing products, and managing project timelines and resources. The Engineering Manager will collaborate closely with product, operations, and service teams to translate customer requirements into robust technical solutions, while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities involve planning and prioritizing engineering work, removing blockers, conducting technical reviews, aligning engineering efforts with company mission and ESG goals, and driving continuous improvement in processes and tools.

• Strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
