Senior Manager (Software Engineering)

Engineering Manager with handson skills in,

• Dot Net Development
• Deep knowledge of Kafka
• Unit testing and Test Automation
• DevOps
• Php, Power BI, or any other reporting platform.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, along with 10 or more years of related experience.
  • Strong computer and networking fundamentals with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in the discipline of software development, project management, and team development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • 10+ years of full-stack development; designing interactive web applications, developing web services.
  • 5+ years as a tech lead and/or manager (3+ Years as tech lead is a must)
  • 3+ years of experience on Microsoft .Net/Azure technical stack
  • Software development experience with at least 3 of the following technologies/frameworks, including but not limited to: C#.Net, Azure, PHP, Node JS, C++, Angular, Swagger, DevOps.
  • Use of source control tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, etc. and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of Agile methodology/concepts.

  AI Initiative Expertise:

  • Drive AI adoption across delivery and engineering teams.
  • Proficient in AI Tools like GitHub CoPilot, Cursor etc. with end-to-end implementation.
  • Quantifying AI Adoption using various Metrics.
  • Identify productivity improvement opportunities using AI technologies.
  • Lead ideation workshops and innovation initiatives.
  • Build cross-functional collaboration around AI implementation.
  • Define engineering productivity metrics enabled through AI.
  • Lead design and implementation of AI Metrics Dashboard.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for adoption.
