Job summary

Concentrix Bengaluru is seeking an Engineering Manager / Senior Manager (Software Engineering) to lead hands-on technical delivery across end-to-end features. You will mentor developers, drive AI initiatives, and collaborate across teams to ensure scalable, secure software.

The role requires 10+ years in software development, 5+ years in leadership, and deep experience with .NET/Azure, DevOps, and web services. Strong communication and architectural skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong fundamentals in software development and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, technical and non-technical.
• 10+ years of full-stack development; web apps and services.
• 5+ years as tech lead/manager (3+ years as tech lead required).
• 3+ years on Microsoft .Net/Azure stack.
• Experience with 3+ of listed techs: C#.Net, Azure, PHP, Node JS, C++, Angular, Swagger, DevOps.
• Experience with source control (Azure DevOps, TFS, Git) and CI/CD; strong Agile knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership in design and implementation.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery across requirements, architecture, design, development and production deployment.
• Actively participate in development and code reviews.

• 10+ years of full‑stack development; designing interactive web applications, developing web services.

• Drive AI adoption across delivery and engineering teams.
• Proficient in AI tools such as GitHub CoPilot, Cursor, and other end‑to‑end implementation tools.
• Quantifying AI adoption using various metrics.
• Identify productivity improvement opportunities using AI technologies.
• Lead ideation workshops and innovation initiatives.
• Build cross‑functional collaboration around AI implementation.
• Define engineering productivity metrics enabled through AI.
• Lead design and implementation of AI metrics dashboard.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for adoption.

Responsibilities
