Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in leadership/management roles.
• Proven track record delivering software projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud); DevOps practices and CI/CD.
• Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

As an Engineering Manager, you will manage and lead multiple agile teams to innovate and support our flagship Managed File Transfer platform. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and technical oversight to drive innovation and ensure the successful delivery of mission critical software products and features that meet business objectives and customer needs while fostering a collaborative and high-

• Conduct regular performance reviews, set individual and team goals, and support professional development.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and tools.
• Participate in the design, development, and review of software architecture and code.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages and software development frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
