Job summary

Keen, a HealthTech software product company, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function and scale products from 0 to 1. You will own the complete engineering lifecycle, drive architecture, and build high-performing teams in Noida on site.

Responsibilities include architecture design, scalable system development, mentoring 15–20 engineers, and guiding product development from concept to launch and beyond. AI/GenAI adoption for productivity is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software engineering.
• Started as hands-on Software Engineer and progressed to Senior Engineer / Tech Lead / Engineering Manager.
• Strong expertise in System Design and Software Architecture.
• Hands-on involvement in architecture and technical decision-making.
• Experience deploying and scaling production systems on AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong product engineering experience in software product/startup environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/product environment.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI tools and technologies is a plus.
• Healthcare/HealthTech experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates based in Delhi NCR or willing to work onsite in Noida.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function for a fast-growing HealthTech product company.

The role involves building and scaling software products from 0 to 1, driving technical architecture, managing high-performing engineering teams, and owning the complete engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete engineering lifecycle including architecture, development, deployment, and scaling of software products.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance system architectures.
• Strong experience with Node.js and React.js.
• Strong Experience of MERN Stack Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, and Express.js.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
• Lead and manage a team of 15-20+ technology professionals.
• Drive product development from concept (0) to launch (1) and beyond.
• Drive adoption of AI/GenAI tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity.
• Ensure software quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Set technical standards, engineering workflows, and architecture practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• 815 years of experience in software engineering.
• Started career as a hands-on Software Engineer and progressed into Senior Engineer / Tech Lead / Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in System Design and Software Architecture.
