Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Manager in India. This role leads full-stack engineering teams responsible for developing and maintaining a diverse portfolio of software products and services. You will oversee architecture strategies, guide the technical roadmap in a fast-growing environment, and balance design, coding, and coaching responsibilities while collaborating with product owners, data scientists, and other stakeholders. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building server-side applications with strong knowledge of relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, or similar)
• Proven experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot) and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and running scalable cloud-native applications with RESTful APIs
• Exposure to complex financial or payment systems is highly desirable
• Experience with relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS), and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
