Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in product development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (CSE) or Electronics & Communication (ECE).
• Strong experience in Python, Node.js, or similar languages for product development.
• Experience in designing high-level and low-level architectures, frameworks, SDKs, and APIs.
• Exposure to ITSM, IT Operations, Cloud & Process Automation, Infrastructure Security, and Integrations.
• Hands-on with Docker deployments and Cloud Orchestration (EKS, ECS).
• Windows and Linux OS administration knowledge.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus; ITIL preferred.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in product development, architecture design, and engineering management. The ideal candidate will have a blend of 60% architecture and 40% engineering management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Experience:
   • 12-15 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in product development.
   • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (CSE) or Electronics & Communication (ECE).
2. Technical Expertise:
   • Strong experience in product development using Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
   • Proven experience in creating design architectures (high-level, low-level), frameworks, SDKs, and APIs.
   • Exposure to IT Infrastructure domains like IT Service Management, IT Operations, Cloud & Process Automation, Infrastructure Security, and Integrations.
3. Tools & Technologies:
   • Hands-on with tools such as ServiceNow, VMware, Infra Monitoring, APM, Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), IAM tools.
   • Deep understanding of n-tier product design and development using modern frameworks.
4. Architecture & Design:
   • Expertise in developing frameworks, applying design patterns, and creating reusable components.
   • Design and re-engineer complex application components in the infrastructure domain (optional).
   • Ensure adherence to development and security standards across the product lifecycle.
5. Innovation:
   • Explore open-source tools in the infrastructure domain for creating robust product frameworks.
   • Experience with Docker container deployments, Cloud Orchestration (EKS, ECS).
6. System Administration:
   • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS administration.
7. Cloud & Infrastructure:
   • Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud (On-Prem & Cloud), and migration strategies.
   • Certification in AWS, Azure, or other cloud technologies is a plus.
8. Leadership & Management:
   • Develop product roadmaps, strategies, and design documents for development teams.
   • Collaborate with various stakeholders to convert business requirements into product features.
   • Experience working in cross-functional teams with a focus on achieving business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Degree: BE/BTech or ME/MTech in CSE/ECE.
• ITIL and Cloud certifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
