Job summary

RNTBCI PL is seeking an Engineering Leader for SAFETY Systems with 10+ years of experience in the design and development of passive safety products, including steering wheels, driver and passenger airbags, side airbag, curtain airbag, and seat belt systems.

You will lead safety architecture, oversee validation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive robust product delivery within Renault Group's safety programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in design and development of passive safety products.
• Experience with steering wheels and airbags (driver, passenger, side, curtain).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
