Job summary

RGBSI in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, seeks an Engineering Change Analyst to drive engineering change processes within the Lam product BOM. You will process and review Change Orders, ensuring timely and accurate updates to the BOM and associated documentation.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, enforce change control policies, and strive for on-time delivery with high quality KPIs. Familiarity with BOM management and advanced Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 3–7 years' experience in CO writing and processing.
• Experience executing Engineering Change Management and CO processing.
• Experience creating and managing BoM structures.
• Desirable: Advanced Excel, configuration management, semiconductor engineering exposure.

Responsibilities

• Executing Engineering Change Management like processing & reviewing Change Orders (CO).
• Process and manage Change Orders through closure for successful implementation in Lam product BOM structure.
• Ensure Engineering Change package adheres to change control policies/ procedures and design drafting standards.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage release process of Product Option Changes.
• Reviewing BOM content with cross functional teams.
• Delivering on time with quality as part of KPIs and driving continuous efficiency improvements.

Engineering Change Analyst

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors in Mechanical / Production / Industrial engineering with 3 - 7 years of experience in CO (Change Order) writing and processing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Executing Engineering Change Management like processing & reviewing Change Orders (CO)
• Process and manage Change Orders (CO) through closure for successful implementation of Engineering changes or releases in Lam product BOM (Bill of Materials) structure.
• Ensure Engineering Change package adheres to company's change control policies/ procedures and design drafting standards
• Coordinating with CFT (cross functional teams) to manage release process of Product Option Changes
• Reviewing BOM content with cross functional teams
• Accountable for delivering on time with quality as part of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as consistent improvement in efficiency

Mandatory skills and experience

• Experience in Executing Engineering Change Management like writing Change Orders (CO)
• Experience in creation and management of BoM (Bill of Materials) structuring

Desirable Skill
